The goal of this Phase II project is to complete the development and test the effectiveness of an Internet-based computerized tailored intervention focused on promoting responsible drinking among employed adults. Mobile health technologies, including text messaging and mobile device browsing optimization, are integrated.

The goal of this Phase II project is to complete the development and test the effectiveness of a stage-matched iPad-delivered multiple behavior intervention for underserved pregnant women focused on smoking cessation and relapse prevention, stress management, and fruit and vegetable consumption.

The goal of this Phase I project was to develop and pilot test a prototype of an Internet-based computerized tailored intervention designed to screen for excessive alcohol use among adults and deliver individualized, stage-matched feedback to facilitate progress through the stages of change for reducing high-risk drinking.
